Over 14 Years of Design Experience

In today's busy world it is nice to retreat to a space called home that reflects what is important to you and surround yourself with things and colors that you love. It is your haven from all the outside demands life puts on us.

Amy Vicknair, owner and principal designer's 16 years of success can be attributed to her fresh approach to design, beautiful yet livable, her attention to detail, concern for her client's taste, belongings, and personality and her ability to combine Old World beauty with today's contemporary needs and styles. All of which result in beautiful, unique spaces and happy clients who are surrounded by the things that are important to them.

A  graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, she is also certified as an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).

As principal designer, Amy heads her design team and manages every facet of each project. While her primary focus is on residential design, Amy has done business and educational institution design seeking always to combine professional expertise and experience with personal attention to provide, in the whole spectrum of interior design, what is aesthetically satisfying and functionally efficient.

John Criswell, Senior Anchor for Dallas’ two leading television stations for more than 28 years, now with KLIF 570 AM in North Texas, interviewed Amy for a July 23, 2008 airing, as part of their “The Texas Business Update” where, as they say, “Studio Guests are personally invited by the show producer after a thorough screening. Guests generally have over 10 yrs experience . . . are typically leaders in sales or customer service and have a commitment to ethical business practices.”
